We are also only five minutes walk from one of Cambridge's latest additions, the well equipped Next Generation gym, and approximately a 10 minute drive from the city centre itself.

Single room with 1 single bed, 1 chest of drawers, desk and single wardrobe;
Non smoking house
Continental breakfast inclusive in price;
Both rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour television and hairdryer;
Large shared bathroom with toilet, power shower and bath.
What are the Rates?
Nightly rates are as follows (inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and choice of breakfast):
Double/Twin room = £60 - £65 per night, single person occupancy will be £45 per night;
Single room = £35 - £40 per night.*
* Weekly rates may be negotiated on arrival. Methods of payment accepted are cheque with valid cheque guarantee card of cash.
