Credit card reservations are not billed to your account except where they fall outside our cancellation policy. Cancellations must be at least 48 hours before 10:30 a.m. on the date reserved for the arrival. A cancellation fee of ten pounds will be charged on all cancellations. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge of one night's stay. When making a reservation please reiterate your dates of stay and the type of accommodation you require.
