| Church farm is a mixed working farm with dairy cows, beef cattle and arable crops. It is a family run house with relaxed informal atmosphere, enhanced by spectacular views on all sides. Wildlife is in abundance close by, with guests often able to see pheasants, buzzards, deer, hares and rabbits. Horses, ponies and cattle graze in surrounding fields and on leaving the house, one is immediately walking along pretty tracks through beautiful countryside. |

Accommodation![]() In the farmhouse there is one family room, consisting of a double and single bed with optional (Z bed or travel cot available), it has en-suite bath/shower and toilet. ![]() ![]() Breakfast is taken in the relaxed and informal farmhouse dining room. Guests can enjoy a range of home made foods using local produce, whenever possible. Special diets can be catered for if necessary. A highchair is available and local tourist information is also provided in this room. |

| Barn Conversion Adjacent to the farmhouse our new purpose built barn is constructed with largely reclaimed building materials from the local area. The Hayloft room is on the 1st floor with an outside staircase. It offers double/twin or family en-suite accommodation and fabulous views. ![]() In the barn there are two large ground floor en-suite rooms with flexible accommodation. Garden room and Stable end both have double and single beds and optional Z beds. Private access and parking. ![]() |

| Places to Visit Hartham Park is situated between the pretty village of Biddestone and the small town of Corsham. It was once a magnificent private estate and still boasts a lovely Bath stone manor house and glorious parkland. The city of Bath lies just 8 miles (20 minutes) away. Bath offers many architectural and historical gems as well as a lovely shopping area e.g. Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. There are many historic market towns within a few miles of Church Farm e.g. Bradford on Avon - famous for its wool trade, Trowbridge - the county town and Chippenham - still retaining its weekly cattle market. The National Trust village of Lacock with its 9th century abbey and Castle Combe are just two of the well-known villages in the area. Both have won national awards and boast cottages and buildings from various periods of history. Many films and TV programmes are made within or close to these Cotswold villages e.g. Pride and Prejudice and Dr Dolittle. There are also many stately homes close by i.e. Bowood, Corsham Court, Badminton and Dyrham Park. Within an hour are the archaeological sites of Stonehenge, Avebury, West Kennet Long Barrow, Silbury Hill and the Wiltshire White Horse. |


| Local Information Hartham is surrounded by a wealth of Wiltshire countryside and is an ideal area for walkers and country lovers. We overlook an AONB and are situated in a delightful rural setting but are also in an ideal area for visiting places of interest in the West Country. Church Farm is also well situated for good road and rail links and M4/junction 17 is just 3 miles away. Railway stations at Chippenham (3miles) and Bath (8 miles). London can be reached in 1 hour by train, 2 hours by car. Heathrow airport is 1 hour away by car. Cardiff and South Wales are also easily accessible. The Second Severn Crossing enables visitors to travel to Wales in 1 hour by car. Church Farm is close to the conference centres at Guyers House and Hartham Park and Cheddar, Wookey Hole and Bristol are all within one hour. |

| How to Find Hartham Park From the North, West and East, leave the M4 at J17, take the A350 and travel south past Safeway, picking up the A350 Western Relief Road at the Bumpers Farm Roundabout. Follow the road down to McDonalds on the A4 and turn right. After two miles you will pass through traffic lights at the Cross Keys public house. After 400m you will approach the 30 mph sign, take the right hand turn signposted Hartham (Hartham Lane). 300m along the road on the left, through black gate, before Church. From the South, either take the M5/M4 route, or join the A350 turn right onto the A4 towards Bath, and then as above. Church Farm is situated between Chippenham and Bath, north of the A4, at Corsham in Wiltshire. Rail travel is excellent with a mainline station at Chippenham providing a rapid route to London (Paddington) in approximately 75 minutes. Hartham Park is a 10 minute drive from the station. |
