| Bed and Breakfast accommodation, overlooking the rural West Sussex countryside, yet only 15 minutes from London Gatwick (LGW). The annexe to Hawkesbourne House offers spacious, traditional but modern rooms in a property that in parts is over 100 years old. Many of the character beams are exposed. Hillview uses eco friendly energy. A warm welcome awaits all our business people who travel and leisure guests. We are located close to the village of Rusper with its good selection of cosy pubs and a short distance from the market town of Horsham with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. |

Single occupancy king size room - £45.00 (Mon-Thurs, Sun) £55.00 (Fri-Sat). Family Room :- up to 2 adults and 2 children - £80.00 per room per night. All the above rates are per room per night and are inclusive of a complimentary breakfast. Please contact us for corporate rates for stays of more than three nights consecutively. We operate a non-smoking policy in all our rooms. Full payment is required on arrival in cash, cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.
