| An Introduction to Home Farm Home Farm stands in 13 acres surrounded by open countryside with spectacular views, situated 1 mile from the famous cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water quite often more affectionatly known as the venice of the cotswolds with its wide greens through which flows the River Windrush, which in turn is spanned by low stone bridges and shaded trees. A joy to visit summer or winter with all its amenities and many famous attractions. There are beautiful country walks and fishing lakes very close by. In addition you will find this the ideal base to explore the surrounding areas Oxford, Stratford Upon Avon, Cirencester and Cheltenham are approx 40mins by car. Cirencester and Cheltenham approx 30 mins by car.

Home Farm Holiday Cottages Each of the three Cotswold stone holiday cottages are individual and detached , and have recently been converted from old farm buildings (as Home Farm is no longer a working farm) which are set around the owners property, who are always on hand to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. |

Tallet Barn is a traditional Cotswold barn which has been sympathetically restored to provide accommodation of a very high standard while retaining all traditional features. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc Lounge with flagstone floor and exposed timbers, colour T.V, video and Hi-Fi. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with exposed timbers and large bathroom with traditional roll top bath with claw feet and cental heating thoughout .Outside there is a large patio garden area complete with pagoda. Courtyard Cottage is a very spacious 21/2 bedroom cottage and has been refurbished to a high standard to provide excellent quality and presentation throughout and includes:- Entrance door to large fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. leading to open plan dining area. Lounge with colour T.V and video overlooking the courtyard area. Inner hall leading to utility area with washer/drier and door to garden, downstairs W.C and hand basin. On the first floor there is one double bedded room, one twin bedded room and one baby room with cot.Central heating throughout. Outside there is a courtyard area with seating to the front of the cottage and enclosed garden to the rear.Car parking area. |

South-View Cottage is a spacious 2 bedroomed cottage quietly situated overlooking open countryside, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The accommodation is in excellent decorative order throughout and includes entrance via French doors to the hallway. To the left there are two steps leading down to the kitchen area with a modern fully fitted kitchen with washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave etc. Door leading to lounge with colour T.V and video. From the hallway there are two steps leading up to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, W.C. and hand basin. Central heating throughout. | General Information The properties are all self-contained and fully equipped for normal living. All Bed linen is provided, cost of heating and lighting is included in the rental. No article may be removed from the premises and any damage, howsoever caused by the clients, must be rectified or paid for at the owners option. The owner accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of clients possessions, on or from the premises, or for any accident or injury suffered by them. Sorry no pets are accepted. |

| Arrival & Departure Times Are from Saturday to Saturday and the cottages are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Clients are requested to vacate the cottages by 10.00am on the day of their departure. Keys must be collected from Home Farm House and returned there at the end of your stay. All prices subject to revision without notice Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended as refunds are not given. |
