The Joys of Life is a 10 acre Country Park and Wild Life Nature Reserve, with its own small lovely lake. (This is 200 yards from the house but is unfenced and deep). It is situated at the foot of the Nant Francon Pass that runs through the picturesque Snowdonia National Park.

It is an ideal location for mountaineering, walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching, photography and painting. It is also within a few miles of the North Wales coastline where several sandy beached and water sports are available as well as a number of Medieval Castles. Several National Trust Properties are close by.

There is a site for tents with spectacular views. Toilets and water are available, but not showers or electricity.

Own private garden. Central heating all year round.
Friday to Friday lets, or shorter stays out of season.
Low season: £950 - £1200 pw.
High season: £1400 pw. £275 per night (min 5 nights)
Off-season breaks: £200 - £250 per night (min 2 nights)
Christmas & New Year 2008/2009: £1,950 per week (2007/2008 already taken)
