| Phil and Wendy Deverill have owned Linden Lodge since 1999. It is a late Victorian stone built town house, with its original plaster coving. It blends period features and elegant furnishings with modern amenities. We are situated just 200 yards from the beach lawns and sea front. We benefit from being on a level position and within easy reach of the town centre (10 minutes walk). Linden Lodge is non-smoking throughout for your comfort. |

| All our bedrooms have been individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They all have a colour television, hospitality trays as well as a number of other little 'extras' to help you enjoy your stay. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities which include a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and mirror with shaving point. Why not try our Luxury room which gives you added space for extra comfort. It boasts a seating area in the bay window, for you to enjoy your coffee perhaps? This room offers both a double and a single bed, so if you prefer twin beds or a double bed then this could be the room for you. For a finishing touch, we can add a bottle of Champagne, a bouquet of flowers and Belgian chocolates at an added cost. Please ask for details. Rooms are usually available from 12.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for your luggage to be collected later in the day. |

| Terms include a full breakfast, which is served in the conservatory at an agreed time with you, from 7.30am to 9.30am. We invite you to help yourself to a choice of fruit juices and cereal, then follow this with a traditional English breakfast or a choice of either scrambled or poached eggs. A well recommended vegetarian option is also available. Tea and coffee will be served with toast and a selection of jams and marmalade which are homemade for us by the local Women's Institute.
