| The Little Manor is situated in Swindon Village, 2 miles from Cheltenham town centre and 1 mile from Cheltenham Racecourse. The guest house rooms are in a separate wing of the house which has its own kitchen, seperate entrance and ample off road parking. All rooms are en-suite and have been decorated to a high standard with views onto beautiful gardens. The feeling of the rooms is homely, clean and well run. |

| All rooms have access to a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, fridge, cooker, mircowave, crockery and iron etc. Garden Room with twin beds, TV/DVD, sofa, table and chairs, en-suite bath/shower and private patio. Twin or double Rooms with TV/DVD, hairdryer and en-suite shower. The accommodation can be used on a self catering basis or a continental breakfast can be provided on request. The Little Manor is ideal for race goers or a relaxing break in the Cotswolds, contractors are welcome. |

We are only a short drive from junction 10 of the M5 and are within walking distance to Seasons events and conference centre. Cheltenham is the heart of the cotswolds and this is why it is a great place for walkers and hikers, in the local area we have a variety of walking opportunities which range from Cleeve Hill to the Cotswold Way which stretches for miles. |
