We offer traditional Bed and Breakfast, with comfortable well-appointed rooms tastefully decorated in a modern style, some of which have been recently refurbished. |

Guests can choose from single, double and family sized bedrooms.
 Breakfast is taken in our bright and attractive dining room. A delicious cooked Scottish breakfast is available and a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and fruit juices are available. With 20 years experience in the catering trade, Susan presents exceptional home cooking using only fresh Scottish produce, to give you the best possible start to the day. (Keith has also been known to ply guests with a dram of Scottish Whisky before they leave for a days sightseeing!) |

Adjacent and to the rear of the Guest House is a small private car park that is available to guests. Our close proximity to the centre of Edinburgh means that parking is at a premium - and we consider such private parking facilities to be a true bonus to our guests as many of the Guest Houses in the area do not have parking facilities.

| Directions Cherry Tree Villa is located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also the 'ring' road that surrounds Edinburgh and gives access by road from the North, South and West. The main Railway and Bus stations are a short taxi/bus ride away and around the corner there are buses that run frequently into the city centre.  |
