- guests share a bathroom (bath, shower, toilet)
- guests may use the family shower and toilet
- the pink room has its own shower in the room
- the green room is fully en-suite
For shared use:

- fridge with fresh milk
- soft drinks, teas, hot chocolate
- iron and ironing board
- The Garden is available for guests to use |

- cash - card - sterling cheque - bank transfer
Discounts:
- 10% off for week or more
- £35 for single occupancy of double and twin rooms
Deposit:
- One night or 25%, whichever is greater.
- If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded.
