| Monturpie Guest House is a traditional stone built farmhouse situated above sea level with terrific views overlooking the Firth of Forth towards Edinburgh and Leith. The house has been recently modernised to a very high standard, providing the perfect opportunity for rest and relaxation. Situated near the coast Monturpie is located close to many of the main attractions within Fife such as the deer centre, Secret Bunker, Praytis Farm and Scotland's Larder which is only a few hundred yards away from us. |

A family run business, you will find great hospitality andcomfortable surroundings. The guest rooms include a choice of 2 twinrooms, 1 double room and a family room, all come with ensuite bathrooms, colour TV, central heating etc. Thedinning room has traditional wooden ceiling beams and has a very cosy country feel. Breakfast is included with all bookings and you will find that there is a host of various restaurants and hotels offering popular fresh fish and seafood dishes. There is also ample car parking space available. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 5 years old and this is a no smoking guest house. The Monturpie Guest House enjoys continued popularity due to its hospitality, cleanliness, prime location and most of all excellent services. |

| For those of you who are looking for an active break you will find plenty to do in the surrounding area. There are coastal walks, bowling green, tennis and not to far away at Elie you will find Watersports available for the more adventurous. If you are looking for a more relaxed break then just soak up the views and visit the local villages, with their traditional feel and friendly atmosphere. |
| Golfing in Fife In all there are in excess of 65 golf course all within one hours drive of Upper Largo. The links courses, including the world famous Old Course, at St Andrews are the most well know of these. All the information you need on reserving tee times and how to enter the ballot for the Old Course can be found at http://www.standrews.org.uk. There are many other very popular and just as challenging courses including Championship qualifying courses at Scotscraig, Tayport, Ladybank and Leven Links. |

| To reach us from Edinburgh At Edinburgh City bypass or from Edinburgh Airport, follow signs for Forth Road Bridge and M90. Cross over bridge on M9, exit junction 2A off M90 onto A92 to Kirkcaldy and St Andrews.At roundabout signed Kirkcaldy East, take third exit and follow A915 to St Andrews and Leven. Continue along A915 until you reach Upper Largo. Turn left in the village, signposted A915 St Andrews and we are the second property on the right after leaving the village. From The North Exit junction 3 off M90 and join A92 as above.From St AndrewsTake A915, go through Largoward and travel towards Upper Largo and we are situated on the left just before reaching the village. |
