Old Orchard Guest House is a contemporary, spacious house within 5 minutes walk of Chichester City centre. The 3 modern en-suite bedrooms are all equipped with freeview TV and hospitality trays. There is also a spacious guest lounge with TV and relaxing fireplace.

Located in the heart of Chichester, "Old Orchard" Guest House is just a short walk away from the City centre. This unique and roomy house offers a contemporary feel - with all 3 en-suite bedrooms individually designed and well-equipped. Off-street parking is available for two cars.

The breakfast room and guest lounge is light and airy, set by a charming fireplace where you can enjoy a very special English breakfast, complete with home-made marmalade and local free-range eggs.

Rooms

Old Orchard has three lovely en-suite rooms, all equipped with LCD, freeview flat screen TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray with tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and bottled mineral water.

The rooms have high quality comfortable beds, fine bed linen, feather pillows and duvets.

The sparkling en-suite bathrooms have power showers, fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.

Full double room rate for Festivals and Bank Holidays. We do not accept advance bookings for single Saturday nights during peak times but last minute enquiries are welcome.
Deposit of £20.00 per person is payable on reservation.
Cancellation If a booking is cancelled or shortened within seven days of the arrival date, we reserve the right to charge you for the first night of the booking, unless we are able to re-let. We advise you to take out a cancellation policy.
Check-in is from 4.30pm till 7pm (other times by prior arrangement only).
Check-out is by 10:30am on the day of departure.
Payment may be made by cash, Sterling cheque supported by a guarantee card and debit card. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.

The picturesque City of Chichester offers a blend of cosmopolitan shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops along with the historic Cathedral and cultural Festival Theatre. "Old Orchard" Guest House is within walking distance to all.

There are world-class sporting and cultural events, such as Goodwood Horse Racing, The Festival of Speed and The Revival Classic Car events at Goodwood motor circuit.
