| Introduction | Situated on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border in the village of Laneshawbridge Rye Flatt is sympathetically restored 17th century farmhouse with original features offering friendly, comfortably furnished, high quality bed and breakfast accommodation.
We are about half way between Haworth-home of the Bronte sisters and Skipton. The gateway to the dales. This makes us a good base for guests wanting to visit the Yorkshire Dales, and also the Lake District and Lancashire coast are an easy drive away.
Locally there is something for everyone the Pendle Way for walkers, cycleway for cyclists and bridle way for horse lovers.
For tourists there are many local places of interest including Wycoller Country Park, Townley Hall, Gawthorpe Hall, Cliffe Castle, Skipton Castle and Whalley Abbey to name a few.

| Facilities |   | The guest rooms are beautifully furnished and fully central heated for all year round comfort. Our en-suite facilities also have under floor heating for extra warmth and comfort.
Each room has tea and coffee making facilities although if you want to join us for a drink and a chat, we don't mind.
Each morning breakfast is served in a separate dining room from 7.00am to 9.30am
If you have a special request or dietary requirement please tell us so we can try to accommodate you.
The accommodation has off road parking and you are welcome to make use of our garden facilities during your stay.
We have good facilities for cyclists and walkers to store there bikes and hang wet clothing.
We are a non-smoking establishment.
We regret we cannot accommodate pets.
