TWELVE began over forty years ago, with the acquisition of the charming Edwardian house in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. Set in Victoria Park, a quiet leafy cul de sac in an elevated position with panoramic views across Weston Bay and a short distance from Weston-super-Mare’s excellent facilities. Over the years all accommodation has been regularly refurbished, updated and improved to provide all the facilities you expect, but at the same time retaining the original character and ambience. All accommodation is en-suite with all the facilities that you would expect including Free wireless internet connections. Paramount to TWELVE’s success is a high level of customer care, service, value for money and most of all TWELVE’s friendliness – guaranteeing you a welcome that is second to none. 5 Individual En Suite Rooms - all differing in layout and size and range from a single to a large double/twin room. Rooms 123 & 124 have sea views. 2 Self Contained Apartments - both located on the top floor. 12A - the 1 bedroom apartment has fantastic uninterrupted views over Weston Bay (but there are 3 flights of stairs to reach this flat but the views are worth it)!! A further 2/3 Guest Rooms - which are ideally let as a suite of rooms as they share a modern bathroom and have their own private lounge. All our rooms have been fitted with quality & comfortable furnishings. We have tried to maintain the original atmosphere of Edwardian building whilst also encompassing the needs of today’s modern traveller. Complimentary ToiletriesOur latest ‘find’ is a range of toiletries by a company called ‘Duck Island’. The inspiration behind Duck Island comes from the island of the same name, which in 1734 was described as “one of the most enchanting summer retreats imaginable… a paradise in miniature.” Therefore we have chosen a selection of products which we believe you will enjoy - they are all made from Mandarin & Bergamot and smell wonderful. Hair Care, Soap, Shower Gels, Shoe Shine, Shower Cap Please feel free to sample the items left in your room to pamper yourself. We have adapted this room so that guests can cater for themselves and prepare light, ready meals. There is a toaster, microwave, kettle, integral fridge and sink in the room. Guests will find cutlery and crockery for their use in the cupboards. There is also easy chairs and TV for use. A selection of cereals, fruit juices, yogurts, fresh fruit & bread, can be found in this rooms so that guests have the flexibility to help themselves to these breakfast items on a self serve basis.
