Outside is a large enclosed Beer Garden with decked and lawned areas, perfect for the little ones to let loose whilst the adults enjoy the superb views over Cadar Idris and surrounding countryside.

Weekly entertainment is a must at the Springfield, with Karaoke on Thursday and Sunday evenings with our celebrity Karaoke star Jules ( Julie) dealing with all your requests.

N ew attractions for 2007 include a free visit to the Rowen Nature centre where keeper Kev Wyatt will introduce you to the many animals and fish kept there. Also, this year the Fairbourne railway will be hosting the Bob Morris classic car rally and the friendly Fairbourne engines will be appearing again. Dates for these events will be announced shortly.


There is plenty to keep you occupied, local attractions include a 9 hole golf course on the sea front, Fairbourne's award winning Narrow Gauge Railway takes you along the Sand Dunes to Penrhyn Point, enjoying stunning views of the Mawddach Estuary, you can have a relaxing cuppa at the café or catch the passenger ferry across the Harbour to Barmouth where there is an abundance of activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Live music is a big feature of the Hotel's entertainment programme. Sixtiesweekends, with some of the top names from the Golden Decade appearing are held regularly.
