| The Richmond Hotel has undergone a major improvement to create a comfortable atmosphere and to offer the guests all that is required for a perfect, relaxing holiday. It is situated behind the putting Green next to the car park. It has 15 bedrooms including en suite rooms. Most of the public rooms and bedrooms have panoramic views of the bay whilst a few miles across the Bristol Channel, against the background of the Glamorgan hills, lies the Welsh coast. The sea front and town centre with many attractions are within a few minutes level walk from the hotel. |

| Weston is one of Britain's favourite holiday centres. It is easily accessible by road and rail and Bristol is the nearest city, 20 miles away. The M5 motorway passes the outskirts of Weston. Visitors will find plenty to do - miles of sandy beach, several swimming pools nearby, health and fitness centres, two golf courses, putting greens, sea and fresh water fishing, National trust walking, riding and activity sports etc. Special events include - Open Bowling Tournament in Ashcombe Park, Wild west festival at Court Farm Country Park. Spectacular Carnivals in both summer and winter. Westons spacious beach lawns are also the venue for flower shows, classic car rallies and other outdoor events at various times throughout the year. Within Weston itself there are many attractions to amuse the visitor including the exciting Tropicana Leisure Centre, Parks, Museum, Theatre and 3 screen cinema. Sporting activities are well catered for and sailing, wind surfing, bowls, golf, angling etc. are among the most popular. The Winter gardens provides a variety of entertainment's, concerts, dances etc., and there are several night clubs and discos within the town. |
| Other local attractions include the sea life centre and boat trips to the twin islands of Flat Holm and Steep Holm. Weston-super-Mare is the perfect place to base yourself for a touring holiday as so many attractions are to be found within a short distance. To the north in Bristol with its major shopping area are to be found the famous Zoological gardens, The Clifton Suspension Bridge, S.S. Great Britain etc.etc. Whilst a few other suggestions could include The Cheddar Gorge, Wells Cathedral, Wookey Hole & Caves, Longleat House, The beautiful City of Bath, The Doone Valley, Dunster, Lynton & Lynmouth for a really memorable break. |
Tariff
Dinner is optional at £12.50 per person per night, children are welcome and will be charged 50% of all adult rates under the age of 12 years, when sahring as an adult. Full adult rate applies from the age of 12 years. Single room supplement £7.00. |
