Janet and David offer warm friendly welcome to our quality grade II listed guest house in the beautiful village of Aston Cantlow, just 3 miles from Mary Ardens House, and only 30 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and the National Exhibition Centre. The Village of Ashton Cantlow is grouped around a small green and has some fine old buildings including the 17th Century Kings Head Inn and the black and white timbered Guild House. It is said that William Shakespeare's parents, Mary Arden and John Shakespeare were married in the church of St John the Baptist in 1557. |
We are a small select guest house with 3 beautifully decorated rooms, each with their own individually designed en-suite facilities including shower and bath.
Our aim is to help you relax and spoil you during your stay in this beautiful part of Warwickshire's Shakespeare Country. Enjoy a full English breakfast or a late brunch. Evening meals can be arranged during your stay to suit all occasions.  We are an ideal base for getting out and about and exploring a Shakespeare country with historic, Warwick, Kenilworth, Royal Leamington Spa and of course Stratford-upon-Avon all within easy distance, and the Cotswolds and surrounding historic towns and villages all close at hand set in wonderful countryside. For the more energetic holiday makers the Arden Way begins at the doorstep. We can also arrange a taxi service from the door for theatre goers. |
