The Well House is situated in the New Forest, halfway between the Georgian sailing town of Lymington and the pretty village of Brockenhurst. The Well House, which was originally a stable block, has recemtly been completely renovated and refurbished. It combines modern facilities with old world charm, together with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Adjoining the property there is a ramblers footpath which gives you direct access to the forest. |
| A hearty breakfast is served in the Dining Room, which is solely for the use of our guests. This room is attractively furnished in pine and has seperate tables for two, or alternatively a larger table for our family guests. |
| We have two Double Bedrooms, both of which are en-suite. Both rooms have plenty of wardrabe and drawer space and offer the following facilities. |

| Eating Out As we are situated between Brockenhurst and Lymington (approx. 2 miles either way) both places offer a variety of eating houses; ie Indian, Chinese, Italian, and of course many Pubs also offer a variety of foods. The Hobler Pub, which is renowned for it's delicious food and its hospitality, is just across the road and is a favourite among our guests. |
| How to find us Leave M27 at Junction 1 for Cadnam (New Forest). Pick up the A337 to Lyndhurst. The A337 takes you through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst. At Brockenhurst (where you can hire bikes at very reasonable rates), you cross over the railway line - with the Brockenhurst Station on your right on the main line to London Waterloo (which is only 1 hour and 20 minutes away). Approximately 2 miles from Brockenhurst you will pass a "Q8" petrol station on your left. A couple of hundred yards on your right is The Well House B&B directly opposite "The Hobler" Pub. |
