This charming detached Cottage began life as a barn in the 18th century. Situated on the owners land, it offers well equipped bed and breakfast or self catering holiday accommodation of an excellent standard. It provides everything you need for peace and tranquility down an old Sussex country lane with uninterrupted views over open countryside to the South Downs.

Bepton with its delightful 12th century church was mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1086.
One mile away in the historic town of Midhurst, famous for Cowdary Park polo. Winding streets embrace visitors with its charm and interesting timber framed buildings dating back to the 14th century.

Ideally positioned for Goodwood Racecourse, Festival of Speed, Revival Meetings, Open Air Museum, West Dean Gardens, Petworth house, South Downs Way, the sea and quaint pubs.

The cottage is surrounded by wonderful country walks, woodlands and heathland abound with flowers and wildlife.

Central London 55 miles. Gatwick 37 miles. Heathrow 45 miles. Haslemere and Chichester railway station 10 miles. Trains from Waterloo station to Haslemere station take approximately 50 minutes.
Going south follow the A286 through Midhurst, going up the high street and straight across a mini roundabout. After the roundabout go approximately one third of a mile and turn right to Bepton.
